I remember 30-40 years ago folks would say if you can hit a beer can at 100 yards you're good to go.
Nowadays everyone strives to cut a cloverleaf.
How times have changed.

The internet and hunting/shooting forums changed a lot of things… some for the good and some not so much.

I wouldn't even post about shooting from a motor vehicle these days, given that it violates many provincial regulations , as well as federal legislation.

Well Iam handicapped and i have special permission to shoot from a stationary motor vehicle

A better way to test for field performance than shooting off the bench at least. Hopefully you don't plan on 'hunting' this way. I was behind a pair of jokers this season in the backcountry on an access, didn't know i was there - cruising the roads with the guy in the passenger seat slinging his gun out the window trained on the bushline. The days you wish you were a warden.

No I sure don't but it's pretty much do what you like around here, the neighbour quit walking her new pup with all the trucks roaring around this fall. I pursued one chasing a buck. Lipped him off after he slammed on the brakes then parked my truck visible from the road. Zero traffic for the rest of the season. Should have done that years ago.
