hunting bigfoot

1811 close to the Whirlpool River near what is now Jasper famed explorer and surveyor David Thompson and his party of six came across tracks in six inches snow no one in thier party could identify.
Some said it was tracks of baby wholly mammoth but others said it was from a very large grizzly.
But they did agree tracks were six hours old moving north to south. No one desired to track it down.
This is a well reported story from the pages of his own journal. There were very experienced local hunters in his party.

so everyones got a storey but no one talks , cant say for sure but had something throw logs at me at the one spot near algonquin. im not talking twigs but trees that were snapped in half about 8 to ten feet up. heading back to same area this year and am carrying my 356 winny with me....and a camera.didnt see what it was but you never know....

let's say you shoot at one - and then it disappears right in front of you?

One day we will know the truth,
There have been stories and encounters since the beginning of mans knowledge to communicate the world over.

Strange how no one has ever found conclusive evidence of a skeleton or parts

maybe the guys that did Oak Island can do a search.

Never been so lucky to experience anything like this. I'm headed to Matachewan area for a solo trip in a few weeks. Will for sure keep my eyes open and do some tree knocking at dusk..

Big Foot/Sasquatch is a large and mysterious humanoid creature purported to inhabit the wild and forested areas of North America or if your a red-neck and bored on a Friday night you might want to do what this guy did in 2012.
A Montana man dressed in a Bigfoot costume in an apparent attempt to provoke reports of sightings of the mythical creature was killed when he was struck by two cars on a highway.

Randy Lee Tenley, 44, of Kalispell, in Northwest Montana, was standing in the right-hand lane of U.S. Highway 93 Sunday night when he was struck by a car, the Montana Highway Patrol said. A second car then hit him again as he lay in the road, authorities said."

all i can say is that week we had a lot of strange things in camp, the guys i hunt with are loggers native to the area.the area is very hilly not quite mountain and lots of giant boulders with caves and an abandened silver mine thats on the midway side of a cliff.you can see the green oxidised silver deposit when you look up at the mouth.looks like a good deposit but word was the miners just abandoned it. we had a bear jump on the roof of the cabin and it refused to come down, the guys never told me anything but that week they went out in pairs which they never did . one member left early back home and never came back the following years ,he sold his guns and just quit. i went to his house a few times for dinner and asked why he quit e refused to talk about it but told me not to hunt south side of road toward the caves and ridge.i started LAUGHING but the look in his eyes kinda spooked me.i stopped hunting that side of ridge but this year im going to hit that side as i got my prospectors licence and want to take some samples.going next week for walk with a bear tag in my pocket as soon as my new hunting partners get their licences.would be good to get to the old cabin as the owner is getting too old and has dimensia and family wants to sell it.they said i can go up there this year.bigfoot or bear or girlfriend or whatever hopefully its been a lot of years almost twenty and its gone. im bring an action camera for sure.

Cameras are no good around sasquatches. Sasquatches have the ability to turn pictures black and white and extremely blurry, even when dead!! Just keep shooting and carry enough ammo to get back to your car w/o running out!

Well when I asked the retired Game Warden why no bigfoot bodies have been found he asked me this.

How many years you been walking around the woods in BC and AB, I said 40 or so.

How many deer have I found dead in the bush, said zero, how many bear I said zero, how many cougars, wolverines, lynx, I said none.

Then he said and how many do you think are out there? He made a good point, that other then road kill I have only found a few sets of antlers and a fresh ram kill by wolves or something in AB, that's it...
