I would stay as still as poss. , no direct eye contact (just cause it bugs you out more than the deer)the deer is looking , but not seeing , it will relax and turn. Thats your time then, Or it may have made you, and you will soon see a departing animal.
Never ever take a bow shot with an alert animal, it will jump the string, sure as sheit.![]()
