http://glocktalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=918942 click on the attached files in post #2 if you wanted to look yes the 10mm is faster than a 40S&W why I am posting this is for those of you that think there are huge velocity gains with a longer barrel with a handgun cartridge this may not be completely true there is some but in the higher weights not much.
Velocities in bold are 10' from muzzle and 100 yards the other numbers are ft lbs of energy and other than the cast loads the rest are absolute top pressure 10mm loads for the powders I used.
