Dang! Send pics to the guy/Company, I'm sure he'll do something{compensation} that sucks. Can you post a pic of where it broke?

That's unfortunate for Hush about the supplier, but it's nice that you can get it welded up locally!
 
The problem eith mine is that it won't lock in the folded position.
The pivot point of the metal part of the stock has some play in it. I'm thinking that little bit of slop is why it won't lock.
