I just received this shotgun from Simpson's.

They did not list model number, it turned out to be a model 100, which has a doll's head barrel extension. It is in extremely good condition, serial number places it as a 1910 vintage. The only problem is some pitting just in front of chambers.
I cleaned working parts with some spray brake cleaner to cut old dried lubes and dirt, relubed, reassembled and am very pleased. It locks up tight as a bank vault, top lever just to the right of center. There is a hint of sideplay when action is open but very minor.
Now to get a chance to try her!
