Hydraulic forming die.

I am wondering IF a person should do this with all his precision rifles?

If you get a custom die to match your chamber it would definitely maximize brass life and save your barrel from fire forming.

I don't have any Ackley Improved or Wildcats. If I did this die would be a no brainer.

bought one for the dasher but never used it yet, I should sell it as I had to fireform a couple hundred cases in a hurry to make it to a shoot

they work well and save lots of money if you do it over winter in advance of shooting ...say tomorrow

Hornady used to make hydro forming dies, may still. They simply do not form the casings as well as COW method does. Both are messy processes, 1 has cream of wheat with a funky smell all over the place, the other has water everywhere.
Of the 2 processes I have found the COW method to be far superior. YMMV
