Anything that is to be dipped needs to be assembled and working before being dipped. The piece is then torn down and dipped piece by piece to ensure you get the best coating on all the parts. It is then put back together and put through a function test to ensure it still works as it should.
And we are not only open to firearms being dipped, we are in the process of dipping an ATV (well pieces of it), some engine parts for a BMW and some other various things.
If you want it dipped, shoot us an email and we will tell you if we can do it or not and give you a price.

Very interested in doing several projects with this dipping. How does this hold up in terms of durability and fading over time? Pricing seems reasonable.

The durability of this finish is excellent, it's the same process that manufactures use to put their camo packages together. Everything gets a clear coat, your choice of matte, satin or high gloss.
The whole process takes about a week to complete.
