Hello, I’ve got a strictly Hypothetical question here.
If a Hypothetical person bought a Hypothetical Svt 40 and Hypothetically did some research into said Hypothetical rifle, and discovered that the Hypothetical rifle had a AVT 40 stock (the automatic version) [because it Hypothetically has the double safety cut out, and the big A stamped] that Hypothetically had a matching serial number that looks to be original, and that Hypothetical serial number matches the Hypothetical trigger assembly and receiver, also looks both Hypothetically original, (the bolt was Hypothetically electo penciled with the same # so I doubt it’s Hypothetically original) then would this Hypothetical Svt 40 be considered a CONVERTED automatic (the Hypothetical safety only flips one way and Hypothetically the rifle is ONLY semi auto) ? Or is there something this Hypothetical person is missing ? Hypothetically.
Thanks
