i cant figure out these groups.

In addition, pull the scope and rings off the rifle. Unscrew the front base screws and see if they are touching the barrel threads. If they are this will cause huge harmonic issues in the barrel and this is missed by most gunsmiths because they simply bolt on the base and tighten it down. Check to see if the barrel threads are deformed or touched by shining a light down the holes. If they are then file the screws back until they don't touch and re-install.

It is amazing how many weird shooting rifles I have cured by this. Very common problem.
 
Try jumping your bullets .020"-.040" into the land. SMK's are very tolerant and you may find the sweet spot with the load just by seating the bullet deeper into the case. As far as Barnes Match Burners go, I never could get them to shoot out passed 100m. At 300m they would not hold the 4 ring on a DCRA target.

THIS^^^^....I have never found SMKs to shoot well closer than about .015-.018 into the lands on .223, 6.8 0r .308
