i don't carry my guns anywhere but to the range and will probably never have to! I don't need the reliability of the Glock, the Beretta is more than enough for me and the fact that it has been endorsed by the US Army since 1985 proves that it is a gun more than good enough for what i will ever use it
Unlike some on the forum i'm only a poor student and c
an't afford to have many guns so i have to sometimes sell some to get other ones!
The Glock might be more simple or have a better design, but
it just didn't fit me well, couldn't shoot it for anything, the trigger is 100 times better on the Beretta (especially with a "D" spring, and the Beretta just feels better in my hand overall!
The Glock just feels plain cheap compared to the Beretta with all it's plastic parts, the grip is a bit awkward (at least for me), the
trigger pull sucks,
accuracy is decent at most. It really feels like at duty pistol!
Yes the Beretta is heavier because of it's metal construction and slightly bigger than the G17! Who cares, i can't feel the difference when i carry it in it's case in the trunk off my car from my house to the range!
Finally the Beretta has something the Glock will never have, it's called
STYLE
So yeah I'm stil convinced i made a good trade!
