Uncle has a gazillions gophers on his 5 acre plot but there are some neighbors around so he doesn't use the 22 anymore (used to before development). The other day he grabbed his bow and began shooting practice points at gophers. One bounced and flew to the corner of the property where a neighbor was getting wood from his woodpile. The arrow hit a tree about 5 yards up and 5 yards to the right of the woodgetter.
When he went to retrieve his arrow it was apparently a little uncomfortable - actually he said the neighbor was kinda mad and he apologized as much as he could. But the neighbor still wasn't happy... go figure?
