I Run Guns, Customer feed back.

Preordered non restricted CZ Evo3, plus extra mags.
Since the entire project went late, they decided to test out their new laser engraver and laser on a disgusting scorpion logo on each of my new magazines, free of charge! Without asking... looked like garbage.
When I called to ask for replacement mags, they said each magazine would have cost $25 extra to engrave like that! I should appreciate the free bonus. I didn’t, it looked like hell. They offered to replace if I cover shipping charges. I said no, since I never asked for any of this. This is 100% on them. They said they couldn’t afford to cover the shipping and thats as far as they were willing to go.
Will never give them another penny! Be aware, stay away.

Please post pictures of these mags.
Thanks.

I have only had one transaction with them and it will be my last, will never deal with them again. My personal experience was horrible, this was about 3 years ago though. It’s a long story but the service from them was awful especially when I had to send the rifle back for warranty purposes.

But like all companies there will always be some bad experiences.

Always been good as far as purchases, and with the support of Eddie Maurice...shows they will always stand for the customers and our rights :)

whenever I am looking at a new purchase...I always browse them first

I had them do a third party import, this started about 5-6 months ago, first one, a Ti Lone Peak action went smooth. I then had them import 2 custom rifles from Lane Precision rifles and still do not have them, they tell me it’s because of changes in the state department but they are not good at keeping me updated and I’m growing more and more concerned about what will happen to my $12k+ order I entrusted them with.

I have ordered directly from them many times with no issues but I am having issues with a third party import, as well. Irun says they have paid the third party after I wired them the money but gunbroker has opened a non payer alert case against me. I have sent emails to Amber but have not received a reply. ****update Amber has straightened everything out. Turns out the seller was a little quick to open a non pay alert.

I bought 2 beowulf mags from them. I assumed they were pinned to 5 rounds. They were pinned to 2 and there was no indication on their site as to how they were pinned. They refused to refund me for false advertising because "THAT'S THE LAW". Never again.

Always been good to me. Ordered many times. Issue (minor on my first order!) solved on the spot. Very nice on the phone. Order with confidence.

I highly suspect that you would get the same results if you ordered Beowulf mags from any Canadian retailer and made the same assumption.

I've bought three guns off them. Great communication and I think the pricing is fair. Just received two muzzleloaders (that I've never seen for sale in Canada) they were supposed to be imported in February. I received them three days ago. A very nice surprise. I dealt with Nick, absolutely top notch.

IRG is pretty great I purchased 13 different firearms from them.... I've had 2 issues, one was with a defective firearm and the process to get that replaced was super smooth, and one was for a magazine that was improperly pinned. Which they sent me a prepaid label and i sent back and had a replacement sent out. If you aren't a patience person then they aren't for you.. but if you are then it opens you up to a lot of savings and access to a wider of choices of firearms.

I've had 4 purchases with them and all went smooth. For the orders containing magazines they were always pinned correctly and "tastefully". I find they open you up to a lot more variety, and often have stock on popular items that Canadian retailers will be sold out of.

I highly suspect that a different retailer would've bothered to state the actual mag capacity on their website so there ZERO ambiguity. Failing that, I suspect other retailers will admit fault and offer some sort of compensation. IRG offered diddly squat.

They’re great for hard to find in Canada items. Their customer service is pretty good. Be warned that their shipping prices from their warehouse in AB to your location can be pretty expensive ($70 CAD for one rifle to Ontario - significantly more than the usual $30).

All in all, a bit more expensive for a similar item bought from a Canadian retailer, but they’re good for hard to find items or items typically not available in Canada.

The shirts they send with firearm orders are pretty cool and seem decent quality!
