just use the heat sink paste
as it melts, add some more
just make sure tou clean and oil after before it start to rust
Getting the proper angle is usually the hardest part.

I have a brand new little Leupold VX2 3-9X40 on hand to top this rifle.
Yeah I'm familiar with Burris Sign/Zee-rings... These are great, especialy for low recoil centerfire rifles.
For the Weaver bases, they looks misaligned in the pics but they are almost perfect when tighten.
The stock is already bed with Devcon. The barrel is entirely free float, Boyds did that for me.
In my opinion, the stock inletting was a bit wide for my taste, just a little bit wider than my action.
I like stock with more *meat* but that's ok cauz its not a exhibition rifle.
