IDPA in Lower Mainland Vancouver - VIDEOS

Overcast & rain were the conditions for the day. Six COF's were run which provided the participants the avenues to display the results of all their range practises. Except for one drill (COF #2), the rest made use of the familiar IDPA concealment and/or barricade scenarios. Just look at those happy faces!!!! Special thanks to Jim (w/ his Cheryl) from Alberta for joining the fun despite the weather.
Thanks again to K & K for the tedious prep the night before which made set-ups and take downs such a breeze!!!

Sorry for the poor video quality - Katana has a much better camera!!! As he constantly tells me, mine is old and slow while his is young and fast!!!!

8th MONTHLY IDPA CLUB MATCH - Aug. 8th
Aug. 8th marked the club's 8th monthly IDPA shoot. Lotsa exciting CoF's from prone, kneeling, moving targets, multi-gun etc...

Thanks Ken and Kim for putting on a great shoot and thanks everyone else for being so welcoming for my first monthly match. The stages were terrific, well planned and challenging. The day went really smoothly thanks in most part to Ken and Kim setting most of the stages up the night before.
I encourage anyone that is interested in shooting IDPA to get out to chilliwack on a wednesday night or for a monthly match. Everyone is more than accomidating to shooters new to pistol competition and everyone is happy to give tips and pointers to make sure that you have a good time.
