If CCW was granted, have you thought about what you would carry?

a Glock 18 with an AK-47 for backup. cuz, you know, those are just as likely as the CCW law in this country...

.38 sp j-frame snubby, no lock.

Yep, or a Makarov.

An alternate would be a P7 PSP or S&W Model 3913LS (Ladysmith)

I'd probably get some training before thinking about what I'd carry.

The MOST neglected part of CCW is not about preparation FOR an incident, but what happens AFTER. What happens afterwards will determine if you lose your freedom and all your worldly possessions TRYING to save your freedom.

CZ-858 :D Just walk about in a trench coat all day and a shady looking hat and dark sunglasses.:p
But seriously though I'd probably go with a 357 wheelgun.

Concealled carry is already allowed in Canada, the ATC is just very hard to get.

I would run a G19 in a Raven holster. Raven holsters are fantastic, makes the weight of a 226 stainless feel like nothing even when carried all day every day.

I previously legally carried concealed for many years.

So, my "go-to's" would be a Glock 22 .40 cal +/or S&W J frame snub in .38 Spl.

NAA.

I'd carry my absolutely 100% trustworthy Glock 17 with Center of Mass kydex holster.
My expensive handguns would remain at home for many reasons. The Glock is always ready to shoot, is reliable and cheap as hell if I break it, etc...

This is all kind of fantasy though. Though CC is legal, it is very very restricted. We will never have CC like they do in some states.
