If you could hunt any game in the world, where, and what would it be?

Whatever I think tastes the best is the thing I want to hunt the most.
To find that out I Guess I will have to go after everything that I could eat.
First on my list of things to kill and eat is some of those wild chickens down around sprague manitoba.
 
north america - all the sheep
south america - whitetail south of the equator or jaguar (if ever allowed)
europe - ibex
asia - marco polo sheep, ibex
africa - leopard, kudu, eland, buffalo
australia - water buffalo
antarctica - leopard seal
 
I'd like to go on a month long horse back hunt in the Yukon or northern BC for moose, and or, caribou, and or elk, and or sheep, and or bear, and or fishing. Something along the lines of the what JOC used to do up there.

The old timers I've spoken with who actually hunted with JOC, say he spent alot of his time getting drunk and pissing off the locals. Could be BS I suppose but it does explain his poor choice in rifle.
 
Lately it's Coyotes....Anywhere ;)
Maybe a Wolf Hunt on a Fly in to Northern BC would be Awesome too:cool:
Muleys, Whities, Sheep, Coastal Brownie, Van Island Blackbear, Bison, Sheep, Goat...........etc.

My goal would be to harvest all with the same rifle (375 H&H Win mod 70)

Africa-
Lion
Cape buffalo
Forest pig
Warthog
Leopard
Rougue Elephant Perhaps and i would like to watch Rhino.

Australia-
Big Salty
Kangaroo
Camel
Water Buffalo

South America
Anaconda (capture)
Jaguar
Boar


In North America about the only ones i would personally consider a dream hunt would be a Grizzly ,or Kodiak brown bear mainly because all the others are pretty much attainable to those of us that reside here.

I have never really had a big interest in antlers or horns (with the exception of water Buffalo horns) so in a great many ways it makes it simpler for me.
 
Honestly if i could hunt any game in the world Id go on a pheseant hunt and I hear south Dakota is supposed to have the best pheseant hunting that you can find so I think that would be the place to do it.

Id like to try a Polar Bear hunt sometime also but given the choice of either one or the other it would be the pheseants.
