If I could only have one of the ones you listed it would be the Mark IV 22/45 tactical and here is my why. I recently purchased a gently used final variant Mark III target model and am absolutely thrilled with it.
I like the straight 1911 style grip and the fact I can either shim the grips or change them out to my liking. It is a sound and reliable pistol that Im not sorry for purchasing. In your case you may like the more traditional grip, who knows. I found the lite model way to light and dont like the luger style grip on the others.
The only thing you will really need for it is a VQ sear and its good to go in my opinion. In my case with the Mark III it also has a TandemKross bushing and the LCI disabled.
The Mark series is sort of a classic pistol that IMO everyone should have in their collection since its a reliable plinker you wont wear out and its even suitable for bullseye due to the 10 round mags.

As for the SP101 I didn't like it because I find it too small and personally didn't see a need for a GP100 in .22 since I already have a GP in .357 magnum. I reload for it so don't find it practical to shoot one in .22 as well. I prefer to practice with the real deal!
Mind you it will be as tough and reliable as the GP100 in .357 so don't really think you can go wrong with it.

What is your choice?

Never been a real revolver fan, I've shot them, but not interested... on the other extreme I do really like my single shot bolt action pistol.

I sold my 22/45 lite, it just felt funny to me... bought the all steel target model and like it so much more!

I would likely go with a 22/45 myself. currently I wish for a model with a slightly longer barrel than what the Tactical comes with currently.

just sold my MkIII 22/45 Lite, seriously thinking about the new MkIV, as it was my favorite pistol. :)

I have the SP101 in .22LR and I would like to get the GP100 in .22LR as well.

I sold off my Mark III Target because it was way to darn heavy! I didn't enjoy shooting it at all...even though it was hella accurate due to the weight.

Gp100 reasoning behind it. 22lr is a lot fussier in semis, a revolver will eat everything from dirty Remmy bucket o" duds to better high quality ammo. I hate FTF's and won't pay close to the same price for Mini mags I reload center fire for. I prefer the GP size wise over the Sp101 i had. It was a great gun and shot well so nothing against it.

the MkIII take down is an issue because if you clean the gun like it should be, you'll wear out the pin holes and then have a gun that won't stay together. MkIV fixes that. I believe the button and pin are plastic though...so I look to metal upgrade options.

While I agree that the MkII can be somewhat of pain to put back together, I never heard of one having worn pin holes... Heck, we had an older shooter in our club bullseye league shooting a Mk1/target sight. Shot it once or twice a week on score, for a few decades, and except for blue wear and bumps and bruise it wasn't any better or worse then a new Mk2

could be they never tore them down fully that often...due to the PITA it can be. ;)
