If you were to purchase 4 single-shot rifles, what calibres would you choose?

I am absolutely lusting over the idea of a Damko Martini in 7.62x54r and enough crates of surplus to shoot out the barrel

I mean I was until I did the math and realized it would cost ~ 3 grand to import one

I was deluding myself l; I figured what the hell -~2500 CAD is practically a ruger no 1 these days

Then you add the taxes and shipping in both countries; and the import fee. Next thing you know you’re paying 3 grand plus for a gun with an advertised 6-7 lb trigger pull. And that’s the base barrel mounted sight, no cleaning port version

You should see my Oskar Kob Martini in 32-20

I mean I could, if you posted pictures.

The Brno is almost done. Wayne is finishing the matching tomahawk and his friend is finishing my leather scabbard.

Well it would have to be 5 single shot rifles that I already own:

32RF
11mm Mauser
450/577 martini
50/70
458 Lott

I have a k95, with a 7x65 barrel, have a .243 and .22 hornet barrel on order,
Pretty well placed with those three, but am considering a second single shot k95 in Stultzen, perhaps 6.5x55, or .222
Pretty happy with my current single shots.
K95 7x65
#1. 30-30
#1. 219 zipper.
Cooper 20 vartarg
Cooper 6x47 Rem.
Going to send the Ruger’s down the road, and one cooper for another K95.
