Import 5.45x39 Russian made bulk ammo to Canada

Assuming he is a criminal is mind boggling to me.
I have personally never seen this Ammo for sale in Canada. However, since it is not illegal to possess or purchase you may be able to track some down. Best place would be gun shows if they are ever aloud again.

Anyone with a custom bolt action, reloads this stuff. The goober looking for this stuff is most likely either in possession of a unregistered prohib or resurrected a deactivated one. After all, annnnnnything is possible. Playing devils advocate at this point because you have to suffer from some kind of developmental disability to think its smart asking for bulk ammo for this stuff, with all things considered. If you have the money to dump on custom barrels, you usually have the connections, money or brains to find the food that goes with it.
