Not really sure which forum this falls under, but I figured you guys might be the best to ask:
It seems like most flashlights these days are almost always built with a bank of multiple leds instead of a single central bulb. It would seem to me, that this would provide a good platform for an integrated firearm mounted light, which would have a bank of leds, but omit the ones in the center and instead feature a laser. This would provide the shooter with that wide-angle wash of light that leds seem to do, while having a sighting laser right in the middle of the “beam” of light.
Does anyone make such a thing?
I know there are plenty of combo units featuring side by side lights and lasers, but I haven’t seen the setup mentioned above where the laser is integral to the light.
