Introduction to Epic Polymer Systems

Congratulations to Saturday's Winner, Shooterbuck!

Thanks for participating in our introductory thread! PM me your details, and we'll send your complimentary small parts tray ASAP.

Thanks!

Greg.

Hey Guys, thanks for all the great suggestions. keep 'em coming! The beauty of what we do, is that there are few limitations depending on what can be imagined. Generally cost is a driving factor, and we pride ourselves on not making cheap crap, like what comes out of China. Our products are generally designed to be bomb-proof in their performance, and we take great pride in that fact.

Some of you have asked questions, I'll try to comment on them here:

Got Juice: Yes, they come in Blue, I'll find a picture to post tomorrow.

BabySeal: We don't typically due tours, but im happy to set things up as we get rolling. Let's stay in touch about that. As for Garolite, yes, we can and do fabricate in G-10, G-7, etc. as well as manufacture other glass and fiber filled composites.

Rebencer: what size and thickness of ABS are you looking for? I'll see what we have kicking around.

Zupermann: We do thermoplastic welding, but it's tricky on some of the commercial materials used for firearms parts, due to modifiers and fillers used in injection molding process. We'd have to see the specifics.

Keep the ideas coming guys, there are lots of things here we can do, and I'm excited by the opportunities to bring novel products to CGN and Canadian shooters.

Cheers,

Greg.

Welcome

Welcome to CGN. Sounds very exciting and I'm looking forward to seeing what's in store for the future. Awesome to see another local firearms related business! Keep'em coming

BTW welcome aboard!

here is a suggestion:

M2 ammo can tray inserts - various heights, various compartments, various styles - cleaning brush trays, cleaner trays, pistol mag trays, etc.

Boltgun

Welcome.

This as well as normal trays and tool trays would make you beaucoup dollars.

Shawn

:welcome:
best of luck in your new business and welcome to CGN, any thoughts of some nice G-10 or carbon fiber 1911 grips in a variety of designs/grips/styles?

We are tooling up this week for 3 sizes of bench mat.

12" x 16" Pistol
16" x 32" Carbine
16" x 52" Rifle/Shotgun

We are just tweaking the trays and segmented sections.

Thoughts and feedback are appreciated.

Cheers, Greg.

How about a tray like the one pictured but big enough to field strip a pistol or rifle?

Welcome to CGN! The possibilities here are exciting!

Are you looking to fill any particular niche or role? Are you guys just looking for problems to solve? Should we expect you to become the next promag/magpul?
