I looked all over the IPSC Ontario website and couldn't find it, thanks!
As per our Constitution...
31. The president shall be chosen by a secret ballot vote of the directors at the first directors
meeting following the election. On the first ballot the candidate with the lowest number of votes
will drop out and all five directors will then vote again for the president. This style of voting
shall continue until all but one candidate has been eliminated.
32. At any subsequent board meeting, the board may remove the president by unanimous
vote of the other four directors and the directors shall then elect another president from the
remaining four directors in the same manner as in the preceding section.
33. The vice-president shall be chosen and may be removed in the same way as the president.
I thought the constitution was never voted upon, therefore at best is a set of guidelines, or did I miss something?
Oh' yeah, got my ballot today. They must have used the super speed canoe this time to get to my little back water in record time.
What kind of special favours are you doing for your postman to get delivery service on a Saturday....er... nevermind, I don't want to know!
Bios?
I was around in 1996 I can asure you there was NO ratification.
yeah, I know, I'm in BC dude, we are waiting for it to be posted here, which was supposed to happen once you guys got your SitReps
If the people on the ballot want to post their bio here...all the more power to them. If someone else posts it...I'll ask the mods to remove it...and I'll be having a chat with the offending party.

He's easy...but he's not cheap

I am trying to look at the dynamics of the board based on the different possibilities of who gets in. Kind of a "How well will the board function with Bud, Josko, ?###X?, ?###X?, and ?###X?."
