Unless he's changed his mind in the last two months, I seriously doubt it.

When is the election? If there's enough candidates, of course.

Nomination forms must be received by the Election Chairman no later than October 31, 2009.
Nomination Forms are available in the current issue of SitRep.

Yep, that sets the roster for an election; but when is the election decided?
or do you guys work that out only if an election is needed...?

Anticipate ballots will be mailed out to each paid up member not later than November 30th, with results announced between December 27th to January 1st.
The two year term of three of the IPSC Ont Board of Directors ends at the end of the year. Therefore the IPSC Ontario Election Committee is now accepting nominations to fill these positions. And yes, membership with IPSC Ontario is required to nominate, run, and vote in this election.
