I need to get some Starline to try thanks for recommending it..How about open div for revolver? For old fat guys with old eyes.
Starline 38 SC is worth every penny. I tried the shortening method, great if you have the time.
If you using a BMT Mooner tool TK clips will kill it in time, to hard.

have a very unpleasant first hand experience with 929 - very poor craftsmanship, for Performance Center....
The 929 is 8 round and moon clipped right out of the box. It's also 9mm so brass is cheaper. Whatever you decide on, with any S&W gun these days you might want to examine it in person due to lack of quality control.
I took a serious look at the revolver division for IPSC last year. After watching a few guys shoot it in NB last year and a local guy shooting it here in NS, I just can't ever see doing it. Revolver fun for PPC or steel (bought a GP100 for those), but it looks painful and not much fun for IPSC. To each his own though
I too was very disappointed in the 929
Wish my 686 was 8 shot![]()
The 627 is the answercan use from .357Mag to .38SC
And yes, - Revolver Optics would be a fun division.....![]()
