is casting lead bullet illegal to do in ur own backyard?

they even put there Gazebo one foot hanging inside my fence not even asking permission from me, :

Move your BBQ right over to the side where their gazeebo over hangs.
Buy a pound of regular ground beef (lots of fat) and let the smoke
billow up into her gazeebo. You could experiment with other meat
and fish items as well.

BTW if push came to shove, she would have to move her gazeebo.
If it was a tree branch you would be allowed to cut off whatever
over hangs on your side.(without notice)

Call up your municipal building control/bylaw enforcement department about that. If you have a fairly recent property survey, it should be a fairly easy thing to force her to move it. Without a survey though, if she digs in her heels, its going to be tough. The onus would be on you to prove that she was over the line, she doesn't have to prove anything. That means you would have to pay for the survey, not her, so it could also be costly.
But it costs nothing to make that phone call to building control
Good luck

My BBQ would be pulled up under the edge of that thing so fast it would make your head spin.....and there would be more hamburger patties falling through the grill and burning than ever made it back in the house.

Bwahahahaaaa..... I would buy chicken backs.....

burning chicken fat smells the worst to me!

put a few on the grill in the morning, and keep it going ALL day... oh.. and make sure the wind is drifting towards their house

Nice neighbor. My neighbors at the lake had a couple of Sea-Doos and would spend their time tearing around in circles out in front. One day, I'd had enough, so I filled the lawnmower with gas, fired it up and let it run out of gas parked at the property line with the exhaust heading to their side. No more problems.

I used to cast bullets on my front deck at the cabin. It was an excellent way to stall scantily clad women who wanted to know what I was doing.:D

I like the one above where the fellow removed the muffler on his lawnmower. If the nosey neighbor has a dog, toss a couple of OXO cubes over on to their lawn next time it rains. The dog will dig right down to China trying to find the dead animal!!:p

If you are casting and some pedestrian traffic come over asking what you are doing...tell them you are casting fishing weights. They nod and walk away. I usually have a small pile of twisted wires laying on the table.
Was melting a pile of wheel weights which had a bit of oil on them...flared off the smoke and all was well. Threw in the bees wax, and tried to flare off the smoke with a propane torch...it kept it down a bit though not enough. The neighbor asked what the smell was and I told him the same thing, melting lead for fishing weights. He smirked and asked how many bullets will that make...busted. We had a good chuckle over a beer.

man i cast in my basement and use wax for flux with only a fan blowing out the window
i do do it outside now and then and if the new neighbors want to give me a problem i tell them kindly to F*** off becuse ive lived on the same street for over 10 years now and most of them like to party all night in the summer and every one on this street has made a bylaw that says no loud noise affter 12 pm so i have something on them :)

if i where you id call the cops on them for the weed if thay do smoke it every day most likely thay have enough in the house to get them naild with a good fine

I am casting lead bullet in my back yard and my nosey neighbor saw me and started to freak out when she smell burning bee wax on my pot and told me she will call cops on me, I told her it is just a bee wax calm down, if a cop showed up and saw what i was doing em i going to be in trouble? because of lead?

Read your city's by-laws and regulations regarding what home activities are not allowed.

The idea behind these rules is that everyone, your neighbors and yourself included, should be able to enjoy the use of their property.

Melting lead and making bullets certainly is an enjoyable use of our property, but if the smoke bothers our neighbor, I suppose that encroaches on their right to enjoyment of their property. Maybe find an acceptable middleground that will work for both of you.

It will be, if enough people make a fuss about it.

You could be discrete by choosing an evening when the weather's poor and no-one's outside, and no-one has their windows open. Or....you could assert your "rights" and do it in your neighbours' faces and make a scene.
