Is RCBS going down? Very long waiting time to speak to the sup rep! Very bad service!

again RCBS are outstanding, 20 plus years ago got the RCBS green machine, not made or sold for a decade, when the machine was new it had a set of Bullet seater dies, called today to check on availability of the round nose seater for 45, after 10 mins on phone they are sending one no charge, I informed the rep it was not waranty and the reply was one in the mail no charge.

this is why I always buy RCBS when available, in decades of dealing with them they stand by the waranty
 
It looks like it is hit and miss. I called next day and RCBS rep promised to send me a new die. Did not ask for proof or receipt or a picture. As other gunner said, if you are dealing with the person who gives you hard time, just hang up and call again. Other rep will pickup and you might have better luck. :) I had..
 
I busted my berdan depriming tool as I hadn't set the pin correctly, I called and wanted to order 3 of them so I could have a few extras in case I made the same mistake - after giving all my info, they wouldn't take a dime from me, they shipped 3 no charge. Great service here.
 
Never an issue with RCBS warranty in over 20+ years. Still miss chatting with Jay though. Now there was a true gentleman.

Between the dam breach and not being able to keep illegal Mexican aliens to answer the phone you'll have this.

It's my understanding the illegal Mexican aliens are being paid more for building the "wall" than answering phones.
