is there a 'best' Glock?

Using what criteria? Date of introduction? Volume of sales? Weight? Caliber? Color? *grins*

Having 5 Glocks of my own, there is only one, i would keep, my G21 gen 4 complimented with a 3.5 spring and connector kit...
The G17 gen 3/ G17L gen 3/ G22 gen 4/ G20 are mostly safequeens... JP.

for those saying gen 4 you are insane lol. i have a collection of glocks, and every gen 4 ive changed the recoil spring because its not as reliable as the gen 3s.Yes they recalled some but there are a few that still failed anyways, this did not happen with gen 3s, unless your james yeager and you do 1000 round test and it burns out, in that case buy a stainless recoil spring from lone wolf. Best glock is the 18c select fire , then 17c, 19,23,and 21 is so much fun and makes large holes, so does a 20 but ammo is expensive. And yes you can still c after firing a c model at night, its not much different then the fireball created from the front end of the barrel. The sub compacts are good in a small persons hand, if i had to trust my life in canada with a 10 round mag limit, it would probably be the 21 as its cheaper then 10 mm ammo and training with it would be much less. In the US i would say the 17c with 32 round glock extended mag or 18c if you got your batf permits for full auto. 19 or 34 will also run a 32 round glock 18c mag. Glock 34s are nice but too long for inside vehicle movements, the steering wheel gets in the way sometimes, however glock sells a 3 pound disconnector that fits the 17 to improve the trigger and still remain all glock. The 18c select fire is like the elder wand in harry potter movies, 17c comes close if you got a good trigger finger. ps the 21 has a fat grip, not for small hands, however they so sell a sf model. For conceal carry the 23 is like a 19 on roids. The 23 is a bad ass gun, i love them all though :)
