the bore is chromed but the chamber might not be. best way to test that is to do the cold blue test on it.
To check if the chamber is chromed, you clean chamber and put a fews drops of cold gun blue. If the metal darken then mean is not chromed. actually, all chinese have chrome bore but not all have chrome chambers, the early ones are non-chrome.
