Is this Legal?

The point is moot, seeing how you can only use an AR at a range. People hearing auto like gunfire would be all over you, each and every time you fired. Even the non-fudds, I would suspect.

Very unlikely. I seem to recall that they already prohibited anything that facilities bump firing. This would likely be considered a full auto conversion.

I'm guessing not legal. I'm usually not a fan of pseudo-full auto trigger dealies but this looks better thought out than most of them.

Entirely legal, like Butler Creek 10/22 mags. But Those Who Cannot Be Criticised will call it prohib anyway.
It does not discharge projectiles in rapid succession during one pressure of the trigger.

Don't ever send this to the firearms lab. They will look at it and decide that it can allow everything to be easily converted full auto and label all guns as prohibited.
Maybe that will open up a new release of 12/x class licences. Ehh probably not though

The double barrel 1911 is prohib based on one trigger squeeze allowing more than 1 projectile. So I would assume they would have the same conclusion for this. However this isn't a firearm, it is a device, and unless I missed it, I don't see anything under devices that would describe this.

Prohib. Enhanced rate of fire is prohib in Canada. This includes Bump Fire stocks, cranks on a trigger mech, triggers that fire more than one shot, etc.

Agreed. It only discharges with one depress of a trigger, however I am sure the LAB will find a loophole to say it also will on the release of the trigger. So in essence one complete cycle of pulling is discharging two or burst mode.

However the way the act is currently written it "should" be legal.

you are probably correct that if the trigger can not be regulated the RCMP will go after the entire line of Semi auto firearms. Not good.

No the arsenal 1911 and 2011 double pistol are NOT prohib. Several members have them and their is one for sale from a dealer now.
Unless of course this is the rcmp doing some phising!!!
