well i went and picked up a mag today(they only had tan left 
) so ill post up results when i get around to doing it

I definitely haven't seen 10 round mags for the MK22 (I'd imagine the market for them is VERY limited...), but at $50 a mag it's probably cheaper just to cut a hole in the bench and keep the 22-rounders!
thats exactly what a buddy of mine suggested, might just take that route, because im not very handy, and its likley to turn into a 50$ mistake
ll im back on here after i wrote praise about this rifle,, mines been gone to north sylvia for 2 months now and no reply, i have done every damn thing posted on here and elsewhere and the light primer strikes and FTE FTF got worse and worse, i am now waiting on the Techs at north sylvia to fix it or send a replacement,, soon as this rifle gets back its going up forsale with 4 mags and a red dot, or i will take my wingmaster out and destroy it. so i hope that answers some questions. oh it was fun to shoot and very accurate and looked sweet but after so much messing around with it i just grew to hate it even if it is working 100% when it gets back i am done with it.
My mk22 started off with many of the problems mentioned on this thread. I found the issues easy to fix and now functions properly, just took a bit of patience. I'm looking to buy some more mags and was wondering if anyone wants to sell there's or knows a good site to order from?
Added one last detail to my MK22 - a fake can. Questar sells this barrel shroud from Spike's Tactical for $80. It's a very nice machined aluminium tube with engraved markings that simply slips over your existing barrel and threads into the suppressor/flash hider adaptor that I purchased from Kentucky Gun Co. Originally I wanted a shorter 'commando' length 12" barrel, but after contacting North Sylva and then doing some further research, it would appear that by Canadian Firearms Laws that if a rifle is less than 660mm (included folded stock), then the weapon becomes a restricted.
On the weekend I disassembled the bolt completely and cut 4 coils off the FP return spring as well as stoned the firing pin. This should improve the FTF/light primer strikes - which I typically only experience after firing 300+ rds.
Like others have said, yes you will probably have to put in a little work to get this thing running smooth, but to me it's worth it to have a very different tacti-cool .22 like the MK22.
I think I'm pretty much 'finished' with this rifle now. I've done everything that I've wanted to do to it in terms of looks and performance. Now back to the range to see if there is any improvement from the internal modifications.

Yeah, probably by 1" or so. Ill do a measurement in a bit.
Cool I like the idea of bringing the length of the gun back to where the barrel ends.

im getting tired of the issc jam-o-mattic, although i have not tried any of the online fixes ive seen, i did replace part 39 and the screws (through issc, not aftermarket parts)

Haven't taken it out yet to try out the internal fixes. Hopefully will get out in June sometime.
The fixes aren't that difficult to do. I'm new to 'gunsmithing' and this rifle and it wasn't as bad as I thought. A little time consuming getting everything apart and back together.
I've made up a little PDF document with easy to follow instructions from the FN Fourm on disassembly and re-assembly of the bolt. Just send me an email to dmbone@shaw.ca and I'll send it to you (or anyone else that wants it).
I found with cleaning that at a minimum one needs to remove the BCG in order to do a decent cleaning - and I would recommend taking apart the bolt every once in a while to get it super clean.
If you want and since you are also in Victoria, PM me and we can arrange for you to come over and I can walk you through all this in person with your rifle and we could do the spring and FP stoning at the same time.

Just reading through 3 pages of posts... I'm amazed the lengths some of you have gone to get your ISSCs functioning (or semi-functioning). I'm not sure if kudos are warranted, but my hat's off for your persistence!

i havent taken the bolt apart yet, ill give that a try tonight too, when i pull the bolt back i can feel the lead and crap in there, feels like its full of sand or somthing, ive admittedly got about 2500-3k rounds through it, so im sure it needs a cleaning badly but its had problems from day 1 so i doubt it will fix any of the problems (but sure as heck isn't helping anything)

still waiting and waiting, hope it comes back soon, i have so many extras sitting here waiting to go on it, and i am undecided on what to do with it when it comes back, after all it was a great fun accurate rifle when it was working... ill let you guys know when i get it and how it runs.
