Time of the year for the "mighty and rich land barons mentality" people, to get hyper and go on sick power trips and hunt and chase shadows of "bad" people off their land.
So what are you going to do when you find out who he is ? How can you prove this this chunk of land is your ? It's looks like any other piece of forrest anywhere. He might very well succesfully sue you for harrasments by jumping the gun, and claim that this particular piece of land is yours. Is is fenced and posted properly ? Or has he just innocently lost his way ?
I will advice you to remove this picture and unproven claim that this gentleman is "trespassing". If any harm comes his way due to his picture is posted by you, and your (false) claim that he is a criminal, you could lose a lots of money in damages, you would have to pay him and his family. This picture you have posted, and unproven claims against this gentleman in this picture can ruin your life. If he is harmed any way, because of your posting, you would, among others, lose your rights to own guns.
Glad that British Columbia is 95 % Crown Land![]()
That advice is almost as bad as snowhunter's. There are far too many cases of rural people finding illegal grow-ops to take the chance of dicking around with people who are walking through your bush lot uninvited. Let the cops know and have them sort it out if necessary.hey guys, let's not get crazy here! If it were my property, and I saw this guy on it, i would confront him and let him know that he is on my property. If he kept coming back, then i would give him a second warning. the third would be calling the police. maybe the guy is mentally ill, who knows. let's not be too harsh. of course, i can't tell anyone what to do with their property.

2. You are harming the image of law arbiding canadian gun owners, by posting this picture of this gentleman, in these otherwise fine page, and falsely claiming he is a criminal.

Beefman, I reckon you ought to buy a few more bulls...........and maybe an ornery mule or two!
Doug
If that gentleman on the picture finds out he has been posted as a criminal is these fine pages, he could go to a lawyer and then sue you for damages.
My guess is that he will eventually recieve minimum $ 25.000 + legal expenses, as well as that the "landowner" might recieve a hefty fine for posting the picture, which by now easyly be labeled as hate crime.
If you by went to police with the picture of this "criminal" on "your land", they will laugh at you and refuse you police services...
Is that why you posted the picture in these fine pages, because the police told you, that police has more important work to do than believing fairy tales![]()

When the genlteman on the picture finds out about the slander about him in these otherwise fine pages, he might sue for damages, and be prepared to loose lots of $$$ to him, lawyers and court cost.
It defies common sense to post this kind of slander, let alone defending it![]()
