I did a field strip while watching TV. The wife and kids are at the Penticton cabin, and apparently guns aren’t allowed on the sofa…Mine is on a Canada Post truck somewhere between Toronto and Halifax…looking forward to seeing it next week. I’ll get a full post put together as soon as I can.
But what the wife doesn’t know won’t hurt me.
This rifle strikes me as one that won’t need spare parts for a long time. Even some of the pins are captured so they can’t wander off into the carpet.
If I had to describe it in a couple sentences:
It’s a tool, not a toy. It’s not inspiring or a thing of deep, blued beauty. It’s almost boring in its practicality. It’s just an unapologetic 5.56 launcher.
I like it.
