Ps. Id love a flat top FN, even though the taver would go nice with my IWI Jericho. Redheads would definitely be Restricted!!!

Got my Tavor today. Initial impressions comparing it to my FS2000:

-Better mag release
-Better back up sights
-Feels better in the shoulder
-Better ergonomics
-All round tougher feeling rifle

I'll devote my day to firing, stripping and generally putting the rifle through it's paces.

Full write up with pics to follow in the next day or so.

i believe the tavor has a 1-7 twist bbl which is meant for the higher weight bullets around the 77 grain mark. so 55 grainers wont shoot the best out of it. from what i have seen a lot of military rifles are going to the tighter twist barrels.

FS2000 Twist Rate: 1 in 7" RH

A faster twist like 1 in 7 will allow 55gr pills to fly just fine. Stable is stable unless you are shooting 36gr Varmint Grenades which just may come apart prematurely in a 7 twist :)
