No we dont. Could easily be an escapee or released pet.

I doubt it. There have been several sighting in various areas over the past decade. In 2009 they even collared one:

A Jaguar named Macho B died in Arizona in 2009, but another was spotted in 2013:

There have been a few guys with lion hounds that have treed jaguars in Arizona over the years.

There was a documentary type clip a couple years ago, with video of a male jaguar and female cougar that paired, somewhere in Arizona. Kittens come out with colouring of either the jaguar or the typical cougar, no crossover colouration.
