I had this gun for about 1 month, since day one the gun jams/failure to eject. in the picture the left shell has been spent but the right shell is live. http://imgur.com/97MVbLc
I have cleaned the gun and took the bolt completely apart and cleaned all the factory sludge out, lubed with outers oil but im buying burke's oil and going to try that. anyone know what else can cause this?

Common causes are broken extractor spring, dirty chamber, dirty ammo, dirty extractor. The magazine could be at fault too.

However, it could be weak ammo. What are you using?

I am using norinco 55g FMJ surplus ammo - https://www.canadaammo.com/product/detail/norinco-223-rem-5-56-ammo-crate-of-1120/
I have tried number of different ammo, from American ammo to just plain 223 rem ammo from 50g-65g, all same issue.

I have taking the extractor pin out and cleaned it till you could eat off of it, and still did the same thing. I called the company where I bought the gun, he told me some have double feeding issue and is sending me a piece that goes inside the gun/bolt?.
But my issue is the spent cartridge is not being extracted fully, I had the heads of the next bullet go inside the brass cartridge as well.

It seems to be a ejector issue but everything looks fine to me, no dirt and the spring is strong.

Yes, might be a faulty ejector spring. Also try with different mags. Make sure the spaces on your gas rings are scattered, nothing is restricting the movement of the buffer, the interior of the gas key/end of the gas tube are free of obstructions, and inspect the barrel extension locking lugs.

had same issue was the mags ( steel mags) take some emory cloth and smooth out all the feeding edges and file a ramp on front of mag to keep it feeding :)

That was also suggested by a fellow shooter at the range, I have ALL metal mags, some old surplus(4 of them) 3 New that came with the gun and 2 lar mags.

Pretty sure this is your extractor or extractor spring as I had the same issue.

How I found out was I used someone else's Bolt Carrier Group in my rifle and it cycled/extracted fine. Then I took a friend's extractor and extractor spring and put it in my BCG and voila, it worked fine.

I contacted the company i bought the norc from and they replaced my entire BCG. No issues since after 1000s of rounds.

I recco you try this first before contacting the store that sold it to you as it might speed up the turnaround.

Exact same issue with mine, went to north sylva and they gave me a new spring and extractor buffer and problems were gone

my norinco does it after 400 rounds with no cleaning...
IF U do not clean your weapon until after 400 rounds U have a mucho problem my son. unless your in a combat situation then U got an excuse. That is abuse of a perfectly good firearm. Send it to me immediately U do not deserve it.

400 rounds doesnt seem that excessive without a cleaning...

Challenge accepted.

And after a thorough two second google search :

I would draw your attention to page 28. Turns out it does matter, imagine that.

Rifle will still function with the gaps lined up....try it next time you are at the range.
Could you imagine the odd chance during a fire fight and oops....they lined up and the rifle ####s the bed.....its not that critical.

Had this problem with mine. Called Wolverine. They sent me their upgraded extractor kit (like all of $13, I don't remember exact amount) installed it and never had the problem again.
