July 'Crazy Idea' Contest- PRIZES!

What about a reactive pistol type target the ones that move around when shot, except when this one is shot it's designed so it's on a pivot and throws a clay up in the air a few feet.

a re-sealable deer target with AR 500 plates in the vitals location for feedback on kill shots. Also Coyote and bear ones.
also how about some stencils to make painting designs such as deer or bear on a gong easy.

A 9"x18" 3/8 AR500 plate with two round holes cut into it. The holes can be the same size or different sizes. Place a reactive target behind the plate. This way if you shoot the A-hole the target will swing to the B-hole. If the holes are different sizes it would make the experience way more challenging.

Besides, Who hasn't wanted to shoot an A-hole before?

Names for this target:

The Deuce
Shoot the A-Hole

Id like a pendulum style target with a blind plate on each side. Would have to have a reset line or shot mechanism to keep the momentum/initiate momentum.

A competitive set of hanging swing targets decreasing in size from say 10in to 1in. The drop down connectors would have to ve strong enough to handle a lot of abuse too.

Here's something that will be popular in Toronto aka raccoon city. A raccoon popper - no matter how many times you shoot it, it will pop back. Hit in falls down, a second later it pops back up. Make them in different sizes...

July 'Crazy Idea' Contest!
Suggest a target, target stand, or range prop that we don’t already make.

If we like it enough to start making it, you’re a winner (and we’ll let you name it)!

Winners will share a prize pool including hundreds of dollars in RangeRabbit.com Gift Cards and other prizes.

The CGNer with the coolest idea will win the product he suggested.

Contest ends July 31. Unlimited entries. Judges decisions are final. Product suggestions become our property (sound of evil laughter).

A multiple - target rig to train follow-up shots... when you hit one target, the others start moving / falling and you have to hit them before they hit the ground / are concealed. To simulate a missed shot where the target hears the shot and takes off, like a coyote.

How about a duelling system that rolled on a 2x4 or steel tube track track that had a triple plate setup around a simple bar axle that keeps the plates oriented towards the shooter. Shoot the top target of the wheel to spin the plates and start them rolling down the track away from you, subsequent shots get harder and need to be more precise. Can finish it with some kind of popup paper target to mix accuracy at the end along with speed.

A great and tricky competition between shooters to see who gets their target to the end first.

Canadian Silhouettes!

A beaver, Canadian goose, moose, caribou, Atlantic puffin, bison, grizzly bear, Canadian Lynx, a seal lol a set of any combo of these!

How about "The Irish Plate Rack"
Because I am evil and like to torture people in 3gun matches :)
(You see it in the second bay.... spinning wheels of frustration)

oo how about a paddle target (likely double sided for weight) mounted on a large screw pedestal. The objective is to walk the plates up the post to a stop at the top. Gravity brings it back down making misses detrimental. Make the arm span wide enough so the leverage is enough and post hits are harder.

Bonus if it requires a mag change to top out.

Sort of like a 1 person duelling tree.

Get a piece of 3/4" bar stock that is about 36" long. Place some swinging tear drop targets (6" target surface) that can hang from the bar. This setup could be used with the 'conduit shoulders.'
