I love this man, but he needs to buy some chargers. This swapping mags business is amateur hour.
Yeah. This is the second time I see anyone ''changing mags'' on a Lee-Enfield. The first time I saw this practise was in a Call of Duty video game for PS2 if I recall correctly.
Actualyh it got the name "jungle carbine" from the surplus dealers who were flogging them off as a sales gimmick!
Mine gives me a sore shoulder pretty quick. Not a complaint though. It's more like that "just come out of the gym" kind of sore.
I'm telling you: slip on pad. There will be lots of movement still, just no pain.
anyway, i'm not sure whether the rubber pad that's built into the butt of the No5 was put there for a joke or something. seems to make the recoil worse, since it's narrower than the butt. maybe they were a lot softer when they came out of the factory.
