If you could have just one pistol that had to suit all your needs(ccw, wrol, home defense) what would be and what caliber? for me its glock 19. because of the availability of glock parts and 9mm is easy to come by and still an effective round.

IF I could carry and have it on my hip for home defense (that'll be the day) it would be a 1911 .45 command size, or probably a Kimber ultra carry.

Desert Eagle in 50AE.....and a 629 in 44 magnum in the other hip because who wants to reload? End of discussion.

My M&P40c. It can be 9mm or 357 with a barrel change and it can take full size mags.

Have to go with my PPQ M1 with my aftermarket Jarvis Custom 106mm barrel. It's been as reliable as Glocks on courses and in competition, and I shoot it far better than my Glocks as it fits my hand better. Not to mention THE trigger!!!!

Well, if it would only be one it would be my 1911 because I like it to much. However that is a choice of convenience (ccw etc) as it would blow not having revolvers...

G22 w/ 9mm conversion barrel is my go to CCW/home defence gun. Can swap out calibres easy depending on my mood/needs.

If I was gonna open carry, then my P226, 1911 or S&W 586. I love my Glock’s but they are way too ugly for open carry...Only active duty LE should open carry a Glock.
