Umm, not sure how much easier we could make it.
+1, If you have the need for a KAC wrench and don`t won`t to spend $$ buying one then rent one. Couldn`t be any easier
Props to One Shot Tactical for renting out this expensive tool to all.

You dont need the wrench to do anything but tighten the bbl nut.
Secondly I'm confused at why you think you need the wrench to send with your barrel?
Some people just feel the need to ##### and complain no matter what.
You dont need the wrench now, I am sure Darren will lend you the wrench when you need it.
Originally the URXII was not envisioned to be sold seperately -- due to commercial demand we got Mr. Knight to change his mind, but the wrench had been designed for Armorer Install, thus only few would be required.
We are working on a lot cost wrench, however all the attempts at this have resulted in a 1-2 use wrench, which is not acceptable to the powers that be.
What specifically does your bbl make want the nut for?
I am quite willing to post the dimension of the nut if you want.
We want the nut so its installed, how can I install the nut after the gas block is on without taking the gas block off?
Just buy the URX and ask them to hold it until your barrel is made, then when the barrel is finished, have them send the URX and wrench to the builder for install......this isn't rocket building here.
.
A monkey with a gimp arm could take off and reinstall a gas block.

The URX bbl nut can be tightened after the fact -- so you could put the nut on, and install the barrel when you get it.
I'd mail you a nut today if the entire Cross Border Shipping fiasco was not such a big headache
Well, if you want to ramble on about KAC, and how they never thought about the "little man" when designing their products, then don't buy the product.
Really? And the one calling others stupid and whining about how KAC doesn't sell everything super cheap for the consumer market isn't?Seriously?? You are a child.
