Kamloops gun show

I found a used S&W 460V with "custom" shoulder holster and two speed loaders for..... $2,000!!

P&D did have some good deals... I tried to buy a Norinco M4 but the CFO's closed early and I didn't want to pay for shipping as I had to come back to the Lower Mainland tonight so it just wasn't meant to be.

I did find some Walther P-38 mags I was looking for though.

I bought myself a birthday present, an older rem 760 pump 30-06 with a scope for dirt cheap. It has a few marks but for what I wanted it looks perfect. Found some binoculars and a second clip so for me it was worth the 2 hour drive and pissed off wife (late getting home). We must of parked almost a kilometer away holy cow was it busy.

I will agree that P&D had the best table. I bought a ruger sr-22 from them and I love it, also it was cheaper then any of the local stores quoted me for one. There were a few tables that didnt have anything firearms related and I did wonder why they were there. This was the first year I attended and I found it was worth it even driving from langley. I will be going back next year for sure and I guess I lucked out by getting to park right around the corner from the entrance.

Thanks destructo, that's what I was looking to hear. I'm going fishing now, will pick something up next week. Kudos to KTSA, takes a pile of work to organize an event of that size. As for the parking, nothing we can do about that...

Thats because it's an antique show as well...Although I like to call those tables with all the nice little trinkets and fine china ....:ar15:Target Tables:50cal:

I noticed that you can get good deals on handguns at these shows. Saw a lot of restricted revolvers and new semis I thought would be worth pursuing if I would be in the market.

Those tables were my saviour. My wife has her RPAL and she does own and does come shooting with me but definitely isn't into new acquisitions as much as I am... So as we walked around she was stopping at all those tables and she was happy she came with me because she found a set of cups and saucers that are part of a set she inherited from her grandmother.

Vey crowded

Compared to the Chilliwack show it is very crowded because it is a smaller facility which makes it a lot less desirable to spend time browsing the tables. Also parking is a #####, so buying anything heavy, such as a case of ammo is a real challenge to get back to the vehicle!

I seen that 460V too in the glass container tucked in the back right corner.....whoever those 2 guys were they were outta there mind! 2000$ the guy must of been on drugs......stopped at del selins on the way home he had the same 460V for 1149$ NEW!!! i guess the shoulder holster and 2 speedloaders are worth 850$ ??? unbelievable!

It was my first time going, I'm not sure I'd go back. Drove an hour to get there to look at a pile of overpriced stuff, new and used. P and D's table was the best. Del always has some good deals in his shop up the road from me, easier to just buy it here. One exception of course, Can Am's $20 no tax/shipping .357 JHPs. Bought enough to make it worth the gas money and then some!

I thought this year was one of the weaker years. Really though it all depends what you are looking for. As for parking I really enjoyed being double parked by someone in a blue dodge diesel for a few hours more than I wanted to be. I really liked there excuse "well you were in my spot what was I supposed to do?" when they came back. All in all though more fun than if there was no gun show that day.

You know what is funny? I was looking for your table to look at the shotguns. I bought ammo from you unknowingly.. and continued looking  but I just purchased one off of the website haha.
