Kel-tec bullpup shotgun

And THOSE are the guys that do the measurement....as they see fit....to suit their agenda.

New to the firearms game are ya? The FRT lab is NOT your friend. Just search GSG5....Type 97....etc. etc

Negatory, guns have been a big part of my life from a very young age. What you are missing is the FRT lab verifies the OAL of the firearm, if it is deemed non-restricted (the only time you need to worry about OAL) then the FRT lab would have found it to be in excess of the legal minimum limit, therefore if an LEO is checking it out, its kind of hard for him to say its too short after the FRT lab says its good. Lying is hard to do when the proof is all over the place in the form of many examples of the firearm that all measure 26"+. Besides, I'm sure Kel-tec will take this into consideration if they decide to try this one on the Canadian market. Stop making personal attacks against people. Youre talking to a username with an avatar to look at.

You do realize that the "FRT lab" are the same people that declared the GSG5 (.22 rimfire with NO parts in common with an MP5) an MP5 variant.....right? That's just one example in a LONG list of stuff that they made up on the spot. There is no logic or basis behind how they classify a gun....they WILL classify to suit their agenda.

Do you not get it? The RCMP are the people who decide if a gun can come in as non-res. ....and if it's a matter of finding that .015" to prevent another "scary" firearm coming onto the country, they are gonna do it.

I can already see guys modifying these, an extended screw in choke and two +1 round extensions.

BBB, what are you planning for it?

Hmm - I wonder with a full loadout (14 rounds ) the weight of this weapon of mass fun be?

Like some1 said earlier it would seem its ideal for stock class practical runs.

Thing is how fast would it be to reload this thing while the clock is ticking..

I don't think that Keltec would have to modify this at all for the US DOS to allow export so there should not be the big difference in price like there was with the SUB2000 and RFB so we should get them near the US retail price at least one would think that.

There's a new forum on ktog too, it's called the KSG. just came up today.

Smitty- you're gonna love the RFB trigger compared to the tavor.

Exactly.................

A nice take on the Neostead

neostead.jpg

But does it cost less? Del Sellins has a Neostead for sale and it's close to the price of a swiss arms rifle. If it's inexpensive they have a home run on their hands. I'll buy one for sure.

I don't think it's a modified Neostead. The Neostead works on a "pump forward" motion, does it not? The KSG appears to pump in the traditional rearward fashion.

Wrong way, the MP5 is named prohib, anything considered to be a variant is therefore prohib, thats their reasoning. Same as Mr. Hendersons .22 AK, hence the battle. I know theyre not nice people and not on our side, no one told you different but when a gun is over 26" in length its out of their hands. If they call it restricted, Kel-tec can just slap on another 1/2" of stock or muzzle and its over. The way you worded your first post sounded like your understanding was 26.5" was the limit when that number is your preference for security reasons. Thats why mmattcox corrected you, no one called you an idiot or said you dont know what youre talking about. Lets drop it and enjoy another 12 ga. wrecking machine

I was just surfing ar15.com and found this thing 26" long with a 18.5" barrel with a 14+1 capacity. I guess it's being revealed at this years shot show. Vault get on this!

If these come in non-restricted and sell at or under the $800 mark, they will be an instant hit. I`d buy at least one! Here`s hoping that Kel-tec and Vault can make this one happen!
