I was just surfing ar15.com and found this thing 26" long with a 18.5" barrel with a 14+1 capacity. I guess it's being revealed at this years shot show. Vault get on this!

Does it make it in the "Overall length" category to be Non-restricted? Don't matter to me, I have my restricted, but just askin. I thought 30" was min oal but I'm probably wrong.

It will be interesting to look at how they do the loading for the two magazine tubes. If you can select which magazine tube to feed from, there would be some cool things you could do with different ammo types, like the neostead.

I am interested to see how the magazine loading setup is done. I am glad to see that the pump stroke looks to be back-forward.

Must be a copy of the South African shotgun.

I doubt it. There look to be a few huge design differences. The neostead has a moving barrel, and the magazines were on top of the barrel. The pump stroke is reversed (forward-back) from the conventional one because of the moving barrel.

Either way, it looks like it will be interesting.

Why wouldn't it be?
If it's over 26" it should be non-restricted, and since it's a pump, there's no magazine restriction. That thing is f**king cool.

because its a bullpup? or does that law only apply to guns with the mag behind the trigger or whatever?

Only if the action can fire when removed from the stock (maybe), only half the mag tube would be behind the trigger (that doesn't matter anyway).

You can bet the power that be will try all sorts of tricks to restrict it (the RCMP techs will have the worlds only "full-auto" pump action).
