Does IRG ever actually pick up the phone/return calls or emails?

Sent my CMR-30 in for warranty work (firing pin/bolt group broke) in August, was supposed to get an update in September... Been calling all week and can't get through at all. Kel tec fixed the rifle and sent it to them Oct 7th. No word if it made it to the (late) october import.

I'd be less pissed off if I could actually talk to someone there.

No they don't answer phones when calling about warranty work, but will answer a phone if your calling to purchase something.....as its been my experience.

I didn't get an answer on the sales line either, but I was responded to on here and the situation was resolved. I have my rifle back, and it works.
