Kel-Tec Distribution

My second outing with the RFB was much more enjoyable. After 100 plus rounds today, the cycling has improved significantly. It cycles very smoothly now and the recoil is suprisely little for a .30 calibre. Perhaps, all it needed was a minor break in period. Very happy with it now.:)

As for the supplied mag, I am getting less misfeeding problems. I am only loading 4 rounds since the 5th round is still a very tight fit. Lubing the heck out of the mag and manual compressing and releasing the spring has loosen it up. Will try some of the new mags from Vault when those become available. Also, want to get a bottom hand guard rail for it.

Any news on the PMR 30s

Serious question, no offense:

Since the PMR 30 is supposed to be cool BECAUSE of the 30 rounds mag and yours is going to be pinned at 10, why would you even want one? The "coolness" factor is pretty much all based around the mag capacity.

Every reviews say: "Its big and ugly and chunky but it can hold 30 rounds". Yours will be big and chunky and ugly but won't hold 30 rounds?

Again, just wondering what's the appeal. Not judging.

Well its something differant for one. There is no other 22mag semi auto handgun available that i know of.22 mag is a accurate round, not sure out of a pistol though.I like to buy new things and try them out then i make my decission to keep it or not.If you dont try it how do you know if you dont like it;)
Oh and when the world gets overun by Zombies who wouldnt want a 30 rnd semi auto handgun to do head shots with.:)

RMR 30?

That RFB is making me jealous again. I'm having a hard time believing it's smaller than a tavor :p

I wonder how hard it would be to have a barrel chambered in 7mm-08 done for it? Might be a fun "sink your money into a gun" project.

In the meantime I'll keep saving.

P.S. I saw mention of a review of the Canadian RFB's somewhere, but can't find it.... is it on this site or elsewhere?

Just because our stupid laws prohibit a full capacity magazine dosen't mean the firearm won't be "cool". Magazine capacity isn't everything.

I still really enjoy shooting my AR, even though it can only hold 1/6th of it's proper magazine capacity (even 1/3 with pistol mags)

If the pistol dosen't appeal to you then don't buy it. But I will still let you fire it if you ask nicely at my range :)

It is a cool handgun....

those would be restricted would they not? unless you got a really long barrel? kuz that one he is holding on the right there is freaking awesome.
It's a 16 inch rimfire cartridge so the only thing that can make it restricted is if the overall length is less than 26 inches.

So their slogan should be "I can't believe it's not Tavor"! For those that remember the margarine commercials. Just finished working a night shift. Sleep deprivation makes me think I'm funny. :D

Umm why would you bother with 7mm-08 over the .308? If you could order it factory then sure I could see it maybe, but really there isn't a lot of benefit and the expense of having it converted really doesn't make it worth it.

No none in stock at the moment...taking pre-orders though. PM if interested.

Thanks,

Gary

Question for you...would you be willing to preorder "possible" Kel Tec products (like Wolverine is doing)? I understand there is no guarantee of actual delivery but would be interested in preordering Kel Tec's sweet shotgun if/when it comes. If so, please put me down for one...if not, well...can't blame a guy for trying .

Much better ballistic coefficient in 7mm-08, or at least enough that it interests me. Plus I enjoy fiddling with things. If I went that far I'd probably just go all the way and make it 6.5 or 6mm-08 wildcat and add a longer barrel and negate the purpose of the bullpup design :p

I would also drive a bugatti veyron though, because this isn't happening unless I'm a billionare.
