Kel-Tec KS7

Yes it can be removed to put on a Picatinny rail
It would be nice if it came with both rails

Meh, then MSRP would have to go up. I'd rather it be an optional thing.

BTW No word from Vault. I might have to phone him to get an answer on this, and I just don't have the time during business hours.

With a MSRP of $495USD(?) I'd be ok with adding a Picatinny rail. Besides, it can't be that expensive being polymer......
Driller, let us know what you find out from Vault.

Finally got a reply from vault distribution. Better late than never:

"No FRT with the RCMP yet.

Thank you

Vault Customer Support"

Weird because IRG is bringing in a bunch of them soon...

Already got my Picatinny rail for it

I’m seeing some pretty negative reviews on this gun. Double feeding, not feeding at all.
I hope they fix the problems before they send some over here.

It is likely user error just as it was with the ksg. People just don't pump it hard enough. It could be a real issue but from the videos I have watched I am leaning towards user error.

Ripley: Lieutenant, what do those pulse rifles fire?

Gorman: 10mm explosive tip caseless. Standard light armour-piercing rounds. Why?

Ripley: Not anymore, dago jerk off.

Thought I was done with shotguns, but suddenly I feel the need to expand the collection...

I have investigated some review videos (including the one above and its sequel) and those experiences have resulted in an advisory email to KelTec Customer service. I have detailed the failures as seen in the videos, and suggested that, while I would like to purchase one, any shotgun being marketed with home defence in mind must be utterly reliable. The KS7 is not, as of yet.

My notes have been passed to the R&D department for consideration. Isn't that nice?
