Nice! Post a parts list if you get a chance. and if you dont mind sharing, perhaps a rough estimate on the upgrade costs.
It actually looks really nice! Well done.
very cool looking
That looks fantastic.
They look nice, I just wish they made them out of aluminum because I can't get passed the cheap plastic feel.
Nope still don't want one, A+ for effort though. I'm not really interested in a rifle that may crack in half at any time.
Sorry, couldn't see it with all the camo in the background.![]()
Now im not a fan of the SU16 (way too many screws) but that is one of the nicest ones ive seen. Your gun reflects your pride in ownership.
Nice gun, love your UBR Stock!![]()
How did title lie?Thread title lied.
Looks ok, but it's still a Kel-Tec.
I'm curious how much you're into this rifle for.
Very nice looking rifle, but makes me want one less, or more to the point, makes me want that one less than I would want a stock one.
For me, the main point of an SU-16 would be something that folds in half to throw in the trunk and forget about until I needed it to pop a coyote.
I love these rifles but I just can't get past all the screws all over the place.
Very nice pictures btw!
That bracket for the stock is killing it with 5 screw on each side! That is an aftermarket part though right?
Nope, it is a Kel-Tec part. I might have to keep my eye open for a SU-16 in the EE.
Made by Kel-Tec but an accessory? It does not come with the standard rifle correct?
It's part of the pistol grip conversion, not standard but it is factory.
Well done making your rifle the way you want it. But I already owned a su16, and no amount of add ons would make me want another.
My SU16 has worked fine. I have it all stock yet. I have an AR-180B to shoot when I want something looking cool. I like the folding stock on the SU16 to make it compact until needed to shoot.
But still, the pistol grip stock is cool, making it look closer to the AR-15 that we all should be able to take hunting or plinking on the back 40 anyway.
Nope, didn't work.
Nice job! Looks great!
Looks great! Nice work!
Looks nice but at the end of the day, it's still a Kel-Tec.![]()
Still dont want a gun that self destructs after two cases of ammo. With that being said it looks relly good.
The rifle looks good and your enthusiasm is great, but nope, I still don't want one.![]()
Do you black gun types pay by the rivet ?
Needs more screws.
What fore end?
Your rifle and pictures look excellent, thanks for sharing you idea's.
That is really sweet! I've been contemplating getting one and this makes me want it more.
Thanks for sharing.
Nobody even bother posting pics, OP wins hands down.
I see where you are getting with this post. The main point of the rifle was/ is about portability, but you can still fold it in half in its current configuration.. just not as neatly as beforePlus.. I'm not much of a hunter anyways.. I like the modern military style firearms so this fits the bill nicely!
