Entitled, much?
Yup, entitled to spend my money as I please, as does everyone else, just don't see the point in spending double the value of an item, but if you want it bad enough knock yourself out!

I'd say anywhere near $1000 would be ridiculous. Considering the markup on the Sub-2000 I expect a somewhat ridiculous price though...
And yet how long would an $1,050 AR-180B or MR-1 last on the E&E ?![]()
those are a totally different quality of rifle though
id have no issues paying the $1000 if we get one like the CA with medium weight barrel and gas block site + folding stock. skinny barrel and barrel mounted site? ill pass
AR-180B2? I don't know about you guys, but sheet metal isn't the first thought that jumps into my head when I think "high quality". It's also less modular and no longer manufactured. What about getting support?

Not long since they would be priced "properly". I had a chance to buy an AR-180b about 3 years ago for $1200. Considering the price they fetch now I feel silly for not picking up that plastic hunk of s**t and selling it for a healthy profit.
- and, heck I agree, the Swiss Arms rifle are garbage.... sheet metal isn't the first thought that jumps into my head when I think "high quality".
yea i was thinking more along the lines of the mr-1 than the 180b2

Sheet metal is just another form of construction. It's how you use it that matters.
