Ordered! How long did it take for you to receive it? And, as someone else asked, did you mount it on the top or bottom of your hat brim?

This is a # 18 ?? and it comes with a car charger .
Anyone familiar with this model ?

seems like a #11 updated version that encodes in .avi.

also seems like the avi file is not ideal and doesnt work with some programs:

It takes about 2 weeks to get from Hong Kong... I mounted it on the top of my hat brim.. you need to put a bit of a shim under the front to get it to point properly.. Takes some experimentation..

Here are 2 pics of my hat cam.. sorry for the crappy quality of the first one..

For those of you interested that is double sided sticky foam mounting tape.. underneath the front of the velcro to get it to point properly..

If you watch the REVIEW VIDEO in Post #9 he cautions people about other versions... Some being Fake.. I would just stick with the one that was reviewed.. same price.. if you buy a fake one.. say bye bye to your $40.00

the one that is selling good cameras is eletoponline365 as an ebay seller... just search the sellers for this name..

well the one in the 1st link is only $7, 99% positive feedback on 1400+ items sold.. just wondering if anyone gave that a try

Would be a cheaper alternative to mounting one onto a rifle.

Very tempted just for the cheap factor... but I want to see them put in "motion activated" into it.

Then it'd be usable as a survailance tool too :D

I didn't notice it in the videos you posted but did you have any problems with "flop" having the camera attached to the brim of your hat when moving about?

No problems at all... the camera is so light the velcro holds it down perfectly..Actually its hard to get it off the velcro strip.. LOL
