Komando P4 vs Canuck Operator

Looks like the front sight is the same but the rear sight is better.

Trigger and bolt release are finished in black rather than chrome (they were always metal). Curious though if the safety is metal? It was the only plastic component on the first version.

Engraving of Canuck Operator is new, not a fan of that.

Looks to be an even better deal than the first version. Don’t think the differences are worth selling my P4 to get one since I have a red dot on it anyway.

Thanks for the pics.

What is a fairly price for a used benelli m4

I paid $1600 for my near-new restricted Benelli "Entry" model with a 14" Barrel. It is in Excellent, like-new condition with a 7-round (ghost-loaded) capacity using 2 3/4" shells. The Non-Restricted version witn the 18.5" Barrel tends to be worth a bit more in Excellent used condition, likely due to its NR status. A basic, NR M4 will set you back at least $1800 and more likely $2000 (based on an original purchase price of ~$2600).

NOTE: The accessories cost extra. The figures above represent bare-bones shotguns.

Nice set up Bartok
I just picked up a new never fired non restricted for $2100 shipped to me.
I thought it was a great deal
I use to own a Restricted model but was only useful as a range toy.

Just want to seek clarification as I'm a little bit confused about the magazine situation so correct me if I'm wrong.
Benelli M4 has the 12 guage X 3.00" shell engraving so it has 5+1 of 3.00" capacity
Both Komando P4 and Canuck Operator failed to clarify chamber length of the 12guage, therefore, it is legally restricted to 5+1 for 2.75" chambering?!?
The original clones were 4+1 (3" chambering?!?), and the subsequent revision has capacity of 5.6+1 for 3" and 5.9+1 for 2.75"?!?

Thanks for the compliment. My setup may look "cluttered" to some eyes, but everything serves a definite purpose and integrates nicely for my needs. I don't shoot outside of a range setting due to being in a wheelchair, so the reduced size and weight of the restricted "Entry" model makes the most sense for me.

Congratulations on the NR M4 that you picked up unfired for $2100! That was definitely a nice score!! I am fan of buying slightly/lightly used firearms, as the price avoids that steep "new car depreciation" that all buyers of brand-new guns must pay. Buying used also bypasses most of the hesitation associated with firing a virgin piece. As a result, my M4 has gotten quite a workout since I picked it up a few months ago, steadily and 100% reliably chewing its way through a case of slugs.

Operator is 3" - therefore 5+1 loaded for 3"
